Best of all, the pressure-cooker lid provides safety features that help prevent excessive pressure build-up. For example, in the event of excessive pressure build-up, an alarm will sound to indicate that the heat needs to be lowered. With the lid handle removed, the pots and lid can go in the dishwasher for quick cleanup. A recipe booklet and complete operating instructions come included.
