Helpful hints: soaked beans work best. The machine will beep when finished. Cycles take approximately 25-35 minutes.
If you empty it immediately after its finished its cycle (beeps) – its very easy to clean (careful – the milk and surfaces are hot) and the soy bean solids are minimal. If you wait even 10 minutes, the solids seem to expand and soak up more liquid – giving you less milk yield and making it harder to strain.
