This kitchen knife is has a 3-1/4 inch blade and 6-3/4 inch length. The blade is made from surgical grade T420 high carbon stainless steel and is hand sharpened to a razor sharp edge.  The hollow-ground blades ensure a precision concave surface for easy sharpening, while a finger guard helps ensure safety when cutting.  The handle on the paring knife is made from permanently cast silver brushed aluminum with a satin finish.  This spatula should not be washed in the dishwasher.  Handwashing is recommended.
