Ecolution Cookware features Hydrolon – PFOA free nonstick which results in fewer Greenhouse Gases. Hydrolon is water based. We replaced nasty PFOA solvents with water. When the non-stick is applied to the pan water solvent evaporates rather then emitting PFOA into the air. Eco is part of our name and our products. If you share a genuine concern for the planet, we have something in common. We believe that cooking well in the kitchen and doing good for the planet can happen at the same time.
