Tempered glass lid with steam vent to view food and is protected by a stainless steel rim. Stainless steel handle is riveted for strength and can be hanged. Two deep loop handles for carrying onto stovetop and table. Not Induction compatible. Works on gas, electric, glass, ceramic, halogen, etc. Oven safe to 500F, glass lid to 350F. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
