HANDBUILT IN SWITZERLAND: The Bamix is the original hand mixer, blender, and food processor engineered and made by the Swiss since 1954. The body is fully sealed, PA6 safety nylon VO and the stick is chromated brass. Both are high heat resistant and the open head design creates the perfect vortex to draw food into the blades for faster and more efficient mixing.
3 INTERCHANGEABLE BLADES: This classic Bamix comes with an aerating blade, blending blade, and chopping blade, as well as recipe and instruction booklets. Each blade is made with stainless steel, so you can handle any kitchen project with ease. The blender shaft is 5.3 inches, and the body is fully sealed so you can submerge the seam below speed controls.
POWERFUL AND PRECISE: Most commonly found in the kitchens of gourmet chefs and professionals, it is considered the most elite of food processors because of its versatility and strong starting torque. This blender runs at 150W of AC power and has two speeds of 9,000 and 12,000 RPMs. The AC motor keeps constant, precise speed under heavy loads.
